We enjoyed the pool & scenery at Bryon so much, we decided to drive down for a 2nd time! We ended up renting this copper colour, 4 door manual Suzuki Swift.
After a thorough tour of the main spots in town, we had a quick lunch at Main Beach, and to our dissapointment, there weren't any topless women strutting their stuff. (I thought we might be able to get another good picture for Uncle Harv)
At Fish-Heads pool, you’d think aC could do her front-crawl with ease, goggles on and all. An emphatic pool entry was only met with more disbelief! Can you believe it, she lost one of her contact lens’ again!?!?!. Damn, next time I guess we should have her swim with her new TUSA diving mask on!!?!
On the way back, we stopped at Tweeds Mall, hoping to find a shop that would sell us a 5.75 lens with astigmatism. As expected, aCs sappy story didn’t even make theses guys budge as by law, a prescription is required to dispense any lens’. (..we need your help Jack! Please send lenses to China!!)..hopefully aC won’t lose her last pair the next time she’s in the shower!
For dinner we celebrated our last nite and Uncle Harvey's birthday at Grand Malaya. Not bad, for a place that has its toilets across the street, around the corner and in the back of the building! Cheers to a great time in the Gold Coast!
