We spent Friday resting our sun drenched skin indoors, organizing parts of our Vietnam trip. We quickly took the subway/train to the Vietnamese Consulate near Kings Cross and later had dinner in China town. More food courts, more pan-seared stir-frys, more great deals much to Dad's delight! A very new experience for Sandra & Andrew as this was the 1st time in their many years in Sydney to spend their Friday night in a place called Chinatown?!?!
